Behind the Stitches

Creating this piece pushed me to new levels as both a designer and a stitcher. Most of the sprites, especially the Turks, did not exist in a usable format, so I built them from scratch. FF Record Keeper helped as a starting point, but every character needed adjustments to feel cohesive as a group. Once the design came together, stitching it was a challenge worth every hour. Seeing them all lined up in the final hoop is still one of my proudest moments.

Each finished piece begins with a pattern I design myself, then I stitch it by hand with care and precision. This way, I can fine-tune the colours, balance the layout, and ensure the best possible result for your cross stitch artwork.
